The Dr. Norman A. Sprinthall Memorial Fund

August 19, 1931 – March 8, 2022

The Dr. Norman A. Sprinthall Memorial Fund was established at the request of his family after his passing on March 8, 2022.

Norman and his wife Lois Thies-Sprinthall were early supporters of the stabilization and restoration of the 1918 Fort Caswell Rifle Range, contributing regularly, including a large donation in memory of Norman’s father, Sergeant Archie Sprinthall, who served in World War I.

To read more about Norman and his contributions to the WWI memorial at the rifle range, read this post about the establishment of the Dr. Norman A. Sprinthall Memorial Fund.

To date, $2055 has been collected in Norman’s memory to maintain and continue the restoration of the 1918 Fort Caswell Rifle Range.

From Norman’s family and the entire Friends of Fort Caswell Rifle Range community, we thank the following for honoring Norman.
